(sometimes I don’t know how to start posts and ya end up with weird things like this. oh well. 🙂
I hope you all have had a much better week than mine! To be completely honest, I’ve been kind of freaking out all week and in just a general awful mood. Dietetic internship applications and not knowing where I’ll be next year is making me entirely more anxious than it should. Praying for a lot of peace during this season of my life!
I’m pumped for this weekend though because:
- MNT exam is over!
- I get to watch lots of fast running at conference.
- Boyfriend is in the same state as me!
I’m also planning on baking lots of brownies because I’ve been craving them ever since Emily’s post.
(to prove that I’m still human and not a perfect happy 100% intuitive eater – I tried to make brownies last week and replaced the sugar with coconut sugar and some of the butter with beets. they turned out straight up NASTY. they sat in my fridge for a few days because I was too sad to throw them out, but now they’re finally gone. ugh. lesson to be learned here: ALWAYS USE REAL BUTTER)
But other than my brownie making, I’m super excited to share with you a podcast I was on with the wonderful Emily / Beauty in Christ! Emily just has this presence about her that can’t help but make you want to recover and love the Lord. She is such a blessing in what can be a very dark ED culture. I highly recommend checking out some of her other posts and podcasts!
