Finding resources to support your recovery outside of treatment can be overwhelming. A quick Google search for “nutrition” resources often leads to diet ads, fatphobic messaging, and unhelpful advice. Below are resources that we have reviewed for you that are safe, accurate, and recovery-oriented. This is not a fully comprehensive list, so if you have a resource that you love and would like added to this page, please let us know! We are always looking to expand our list of books, articles, podcasts, support groups, treatment centers, and accounts to follow.

Cultivating a recovery-focused community around you, both in-person and virtually, can help make treatment feel less isolating and more supportive. We strongly encourage finding community while pursuing recovery.
